1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Restrictions

The following individuals are prohibited from opening or maintaining jilivi accounts:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of jilivi or its business partners.
• Family members of jilivi employees residing in the same household.
• Individuals who have previously had accounts closed by jilivi for Terms violations.
• Persons acting on behalf of or for the benefit of third parties.
• Professional or syndicate gamblers using automated systems, bots, or coordinated betting strategies.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your jilivi account are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. 6. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Upon account closure for Terms violations, jilivi may forfeit all account balances, bonuses, and winnings. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to monthly maintenance fees as specified in our fee schedule. jilivi will notify you via email before applying inactivity fees.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilivi Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Contact jilivi customer support to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.
2. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.
3. Arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.
4. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jilivi. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Waiver

Failure by jilivi to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of jilivi.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without jilivi's prior written consent. jilivi may freely assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilivi regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
