Who We Are
jilivi is more than just an online casino—we're a gaming community built specifically for Filipino players who deserve world-class entertainment, fair gameplay, and exceptional service. Founded with a vision to transform online gaming in the Philippines, jilivi has grown from a passionate startup to one of the most trusted names in the Philippine online casino industry. Our platform serves over 100,000 active players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and every corner of the archipelago, delivering thousands of premium casino games, live dealer experiences, and sports betting opportunities that reflect the energy and excitement Filipinos love.
What sets jilivi apart is our deep understanding of Filipino gaming culture. We know that players in the Philippines value instant transactions—that's why we integrated GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local payment methods for lightning-fast deposits and withdrawals. We understand the importance of mobile gaming for commuters and on-the-go entertainment, so we've optimized every aspect of jilivi for seamless smartphone performance. We recognize that language matters, which is why our customer support speaks both English and Tagalog fluently. Most importantly, we understand that trust is earned through transparency, fairness, and consistent delivery of promises—values that guide every decision at jilivi.
Our team comprises gaming enthusiasts, technology experts, customer service professionals, and compliance specialists who share a common goal: creating the best possible online casino experience for Filipino players. We've partnered with industry-leading game providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and dozens more to ensure our game library represents the absolute best the online casino world has to offer. Every slot, every live dealer table, every sports betting market has been carefully selected and tested to meet the high standards jilivi players have come to expect. This dedication to quality, combined with our commitment to responsible gaming and player protection, has made jilivi the go-to platform for discerning Filipino gamers.
Our Mission and Values
Player-First Philosophy
At jilivi, every decision starts with a simple question: "Is this good for our players?" This player-first philosophy drives everything from game selection to customer support response times. We don't just offer games—we curate experiences. We don't just process transactions—we ensure they're instant, secure, and transparent. When you win at jilivi, you get paid quickly without hassle. When you have a question, our support team responds in minutes, not hours or days. This unwavering focus on player satisfaction has built the strong reputation jilivi enjoys throughout the Filipino gaming community.
Integrity and Transparency
Honesty is non-negotiable at jilivi. All our games use certified Random Number Generators tested by independent auditing firms to guarantee fair outcomes. Our bonus terms are written in plain language without hidden catches. Our payout percentages are published transparently. When we make mistakes—because we're human—we admit them quickly and fix them fairly. This commitment to integrity has earned jilivi the trust of Filipino players who've seen too many operators make big promises but deliver disappointment. We promise less and deliver more, every single day.
Innovation and Excellence
The online casino industry evolves rapidly, and jilivi stays ahead of the curve through continuous innovation. We're constantly evaluating new game providers, testing emerging technologies, and exploring ways to enhance the player experience. Our platform has evolved significantly since launch, incorporating player feedback at every stage. Features like instant GCash withdrawals, mobile-optimized live dealers, and personalized game recommendations all resulted from listening to what Filipino players wanted and delivering it. Excellence isn't a destination at jilivi—it's a journey we pursue daily alongside our community.
Responsible Gaming
jilivi recognizes that online casino gaming should be entertaining, not destructive. We're committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control. Our platform includes deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options for players who need a break. We strictly enforce age verification to keep underage individuals off our platform, and we provide resources for players struggling with gambling-related issues. The long-term health of our community matters more than short-term profits—that's the jilivi way.
Our Journey
The Beginning
jilivi was founded by a team of gaming enthusiasts who saw an opportunity to bring world-class online casino entertainment to Filipino players. Starting with a modest game library and big dreams, we launched with a commitment to fairness, transparency, and player satisfaction.
Rapid Growth
Word spread quickly about jilivi's fast payouts and genuine customer service. We expanded our game library to over 1,000 titles, added GCash integration, and welcomed our 10,000th player. The Filipino gaming community embraced jilivi as a trustworthy alternative to international operators who didn't understand local preferences.
Mobile Revolution
Recognizing that Filipino players increasingly preferred mobile gaming, jilivi underwent a complete mobile optimization. We partnered with Evolution Gaming to bring HD-quality live dealer games to smartphones and added exclusive mobile tournaments that rewarded on-the-go players.
Sports Betting Launch
jilivi expanded beyond casino games to offer comprehensive sports betting covering PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, and dozens of other sports. Filipino sports fans could now enjoy casino games and sports wagering from a single trusted account with our integrated platform.
Community Milestone
jilivi celebrated surpassing 50,000 active players and ₱1 billion in total payouts to Filipino winners. We launched our VIP program to reward loyal players with enhanced benefits, personalized service, and exclusive events. The jilivi community had truly become a family.
Industry Leader
Today, jilivi stands as one of the Philippines' most respected online casino platforms with over 100,000 active players, 5,000+ games, and monthly payouts exceeding ₱500 million. We continue innovating with new features, games, and services that keep Filipino players entertained and winning.
